including AU Small Finance Bank, across a 10+ microservice backend built
on NestJS and Node.js: architecture, delivery, and the team shipping it. Cut API response times by
up to 90% and log volume by ~50% through query optimization, caching, and
structured logging, while owning bank infrastructure clearances — vulnerability reports, application
security reviews, and source code audits required by banking partners. Now leading the move to
AI agents that triage and resolve production issues and partner queries before they need
a human.

Built and owned FD, RD, Credit Card & Savings integrations end-to-end — from
system design through production — including RD integrations for Suryoday Small Finance Bank
and Unity Bank, and NBFC integrations for Bajaj, Mahindra & Shriram built
from scratch. Automated manual reconciliation down by 95% with AWS Lambda, and
integrated Razorpay, PayU & Cashfree for collection, disbursement, and refund flows.
Shipped a serverless KYC funnel analytics pipeline (Lambda, Glue, Athena, S3) that gave product teams
visibility into onboarding drop-off, and helped cut average production issue resolution time
from 24h to 6h.
